Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• Product must be in the same condition as delivered
• Original invoice/receipt must be provided

• Defective Products: Full refund or replacement
• Damaged in Delivery: Full refund or replacement
• Wrong Item Received: Full refund or replacement
• Non-Defective Returns: Refund minus delivery charges

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products damaged by customer misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Products returned after 24-hour period
• Consumable items already opened

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for products of equal or higher value. If the exchanged product has a higher price, the customer will pay the difference. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Phone within 24 hours of delivery
2. Send photos/videos of the product showing the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
4. Once approved, ship the product back to us
5. After inspection, refund will be processed within 7 business days
6. Refund will be sent via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa

Return Shipping

• Defective/Wrong Products: Return shipping covered by us
• Non-Defective Returns: Customer bears the return shipping cost
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments

How to Request a Return

Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
